FAQ's
Q: What if my puppy isn't fully vaccinated?
A: Our flight nannies are well-educated in puppy health. They are very conscientious about the location the puppies are taken to. After utilizing the potty area, the puppies are wiped carefully with antibacterial wipes.
Q: I can't meet you at the airport. What should I do?
A: We can arrange for a ride share service to pick up the flight nanny and puppy. This service will be an additional charge.
Q: I want someone to come to me and teach me how to train my puppy. Do you offer that?
A: Yes! The trainer will have a per day fee. Please reach out to discuss this service further.
Q: What will the flight nanny do with my puppy when on the plane? What about when they get off?
A: Per ACA, the puppies must remain in their carriers while in the plane. When we deboard, puppies are taken out to stretch their legs in a quiet area of the ariport, as well as given access to an area for a bathroom break.
Q: Do you provide any equipment when the puppy is delivered?
A: Your puppy will be delivered with some equipment if they've participated in a board and train program (the carrier will not be included, so please bring a seatbelt or crate for your puppy upon arrival). If we are solely providing flight nanny services, they will not have any equipment.
